Our Core Values
βπ½ Solidarity Over Competition
πΌ Professional Development with Purpose
πΈ Wellbeing & Healing Spaces
π Global Sisterhood
π£ Storytelling as Resistance
Natasha Farooq is a global talent leader and founder of Aurang, a platform created to honor the lived experiences and leadership of women of color. With over 20 years of experience driving equity in the workplace, Natasha built this space as a collective call to action — for healing, storytelling, and solidarity.
Aurang is also a space for career counseling, connection without boundaries, and a community that celebrates difference. It’s where women of color gather to uplift one another, grow professionally, and lead unapologetically — across industries, geographies, and lived experiences.

What We Offer
Aurang is more than a platform — it’s a hub for career growth, storytelling, and solidarity. Whether you're a woman of color seeking support or an organization ready to lead with equity, our offerings are built to connect, uplift, and transform.
π« Our Mission
Aurang exists to amplify the voices, leadership, and lived experiences of women of color.
We do this by offering:
-
A platform for storytelling and visibility
-
Access to career and talent advisory support
-
A global sisterhood rooted in connection, healing, and growth
-
Wellness and community spaces that nourish mind, body, and spirit
β
We honor the meaning of our name — Aurat (woman) and Rang (color) — by building a space that embraces every shade, every story, and every path forward.
